They see the way forward, the new future while the world reacts; they follow that feeling in their heart and, as a result, attract all the resources necessary to ensure the vision comes to fruition.
Visionary leaders talk about the future as if it occurred already.
They have an ability to communicate the vision so vividly, you cannot help but get excited about your work; because deep down in your heart you know, without any doubt that you are working towards something that will make a difference in your customers lives and the many generations to come.
