Most employees are stuck in a block pile because they do not THINK.

They are simply lazy to use their brain beyond basic thinking.

Unsuccessful people think to survive, average people think to maintain but SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE think to PROGRESS.

According to Jack Welch the percentage reached 99.9% for this unsuccessful cluster, resulting them to be not stand out among their peers nor to the eyes of their bosses.

You have to be a good thinker to stand out of the ‘block pile’.

Questions given by your boss is just the beginning. The idea is to help your boss to confirm what he or she already know and top up new ideas on top of it.
